Sakan Developments has announced the launch of its newest project, Park-U, in El Shorouk City, with total investments estimated at EGP 4.8bn. The project comes within the company’s expansion strategy to develop integrated administrative and commercial communities distinguished by innovative designs.
Spanning a total land of 15,000 sqm, Park-U project includes a built-up area of 69,300 sqm, featuring a variety of retail, administrative, and entertainment spaces.
Walid Khattab, Chairperson of Sakan Developments, expressed his pride in launching this project, highlighting that it represents a significant step toward developing the area and raising the level of commercial and entertainment facilities.
Khattab emphasized that the project is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to provide innovative solutions in line with market trends and evolving consumer needs.
